Refunds & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with the jewellery you purchase from us. Should you receive a piece that you are not satisfied with, please return it to us within two weeks and we will give you a full refund or a store credit. All returned items should be in perfect condition, not worn and undamaged. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packed carefully so that they are not damaged in transit. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service as we are not liable for items lost in the post. After two weeks, we are no longer obligated to accept returns.
We are unable to accept returns on special order pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), or any items bought on sale. We also can’t take responsibility for damage to chains as these are delicate items that must be worn with care. We are happy to replace damaged chains at a fee of R150 for sterling silver and between R800 and R1000 for gold (depending on length).
If you’d like to exchange an item, we will give you a store credit to the value of the piece you purchased, not including delivery costs. Please understand that when you buy a new piece with store credit it is considered a new order and courier costs and delivery times will apply.
Production & local shipping
Each order is custom-made, a process that takes 10 to 15 days and starts as soon as we receive payment. This same time-frame applies to ready-to-wear items where the size you need is not available and we need to manufacture it for you.
We offer free shipping anywhere in South Africa for all orders over R1500 . For smaller orders, we will courier your item anywhere in South Africa at R120 per parcel. We will send you an email with the tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
We love visitors! So feel free to collect your order at our workshop in Green Point, just choose ‘collect’ on checkout. We’ll let you know when your purchase is ready.
